I am very amused with the irony of the text in the text, especially with how the use the words "the Day", "Jaws of Defeat", Middle of Nowhere", and "Who Knows Where". The impact it has on the novel, is that it gives it a bit of humor, and makes the reader want to read more.
ReplyDeleteI am pretty amused with the language choice. The impact is to humor the reader, put names on some places in the Seems, and really annoy the poor editor who had to edit this story.

I love the Irony in thins book. It fully ties togeather the story. Some examples of the irony is the middle of nowere, L.U.C.K an many many more.
ReplyDeleteI am enjoying the irony in this book a lot! I makes me laugh which as you know I enjoy very much! Like Kaci said, it paints a picture in your mind! Good thinking Kaci!!! The main ones I can think of right now are L.U.C.K. and the In-Between.
