  1. I am very amused with the irony of the text in the text, especially with how the use the words "the Day", "Jaws of Defeat", Middle of Nowhere", and "Who Knows Where". The impact it has on the novel, is that it gives it a bit of humor, and makes the reader want to read more.

  2. I am pretty amused with the language choice. The impact is to humor the reader, put names on some places in the Seems, and really annoy the poor editor who had to edit this story.

  4. 1. A~ I am enjoying the irony of the words in the text because they help build a picture in my mind. It makes me pretty amused. It also spices the book up with humor. I like it.

    2.A~ L.U.C.K, Middle of Nowhere, Who knows where, and many others really add humor and affect to the book.

    You might want to explain what about the word choice is so amusing. What is humorous? Adding more detail would really improve your writing and make it more fun to read.

    some examples of irony are: the not-so-great depression, the in-between, powers that be, flip side, and chain of events.

  7. I love the Irony in thins book. It fully ties togeather the story. Some examples of the irony is the middle of nowere, L.U.C.K an many many more.

  8. I am enjoying the irony in this book a lot! I makes me laugh which as you know I enjoy very much! Like Kaci said, it paints a picture in your mind! Good thinking Kaci!!! The main ones I can think of right now are L.U.C.K. and the In-Between.

    It excites the reader and is hard to set down.
    I can only think of the inbetween.
    (Hey, what if, since the world and the seems are two different worlds, what if you left the world at a specific point on the earth would you make it to the seems through space and time.)
