The Seems 8

1. Becker chooses to tell Benjamin about The Seems, though it is against the rules. Who would you tell and why?

  1. 1-A: I would probably tell my closest friends because it makes a friendship stronger when you share everything possible. I like my friendships to be strong and last a long time.

  2. I would tell my sister, because she doesn't believe anything I say, and therefore, would think it was just a bedtime story.

  3. 1. A~ I have to agree with you Sierra, I would also tell my closest friends who I could gaurentee they would not tell a soul. It would keep are friendship stronger and would last longer. I know it's against the rules but they probably wouldn't even believe me anyway since they know I have a great imagination.

Derek, extend why she doesn't belive you. Is it her age or what? How could it become a bedtime story if you talk about real people? Think about that and try to understand where I'm leading you. I know it's a bit confusing and all over the place.

  4. I would tell my little sister about the seems because she would just think it was not real and I was just telling a fib.

  5. Kaci, it is because I do try to trick her a lot of the time, and I think half of it is probably her age.(She's almost 10)

  6. I would tell my mom because she would believe me and she would know were I was. Also I would tell someone I really trust so I know that my secret is safe.

Sierra, did you think that maybe your friends wouldn't believe you and laugh. What would you do if that happened?

  8. I would tell Mr.collins because he believes in the worlds terms of science; and by the worlds terms of science there is no water tower that gives the world rain, and their is no department of sleep that sends out boxes to the world that have good nights sleep in them. Plus he knows I am very sarcastic.

  9. Everyone!:
If you told the person you were telling and she/he told someone about that story that was in the Seems because she/he didn't know, you could have your mind wiped or something similar to that because you broke the rules.

  10. Aaron, thanks for the thought. I guess I would see. If the friends laughed or made fun I would know they weren't true friends. If they didn't I would know they are good, true friends.

  11. Your answer is quite clever Derek. Why would you not want someone to believe you? That makes me think of the pros and cons to not always being believed. Interesting.
