Mission Inside the Mission: An IFR term referring to the smaller, more personal stakes to which a Fixer must cling in order to complete the challenges of a Mission
This applies to my life because it is more personal, and deals with the stakes of which Fixers life more, rather than that of the Mission.

This applies to my life because when I hit a road bump I allways try to find something that will help me overcome it.

  6. Kaci, What difficulty would you rate your side job in a scale from 1-12? Why this number?

My Life: This can relate to my life because if I take on one challenge it always brings along a smaller but just as important side-task.

  8. The mision inside the misson means that if you want to finish a mission you need to finish one thing so you can finish the mission. I have to do that with my room, to orginize it I need to first pull everything out to see what I have.

  9. It means the personal part of a mission. My mission is to be a good scout patrol leader. By doing this I get my requirements and others.
