The Seems 37

1. Why is Dawn represented as a young girl? How else might Dawn be represented?

  1. 1. A~ Dawn is represented by a young girl because she is up every morning and rises with the sun. She is ready to go in the morning bright and early. 2. A~ Dawn could also be represented by the mourning dove or the sun. These would make Dawn more significant.

  5. Dawn is reperseented by a girl because a little girl grows up (the sun getting higher in the sky) and she gets BRIGHTER (smarter).

  6. I forgot: the dawn could be repersented by a baby because he or she grows up to.

  9. I thinkit is represented by a young girl because it's the begaining of the day(life).

It could also be represented as a tree because it starts out young and small.

Kaci why did you choose a mourning dove?

  10. Before I answer the question...Ben, it kind of freaked me out when you said boys were more handsome than girls! A little more explanation is needed from my point of view! :(

I think Dawn is represented as a little girl because when you think of the word dawn you think of a cute little toddler walking around in a purple jumper. (At least that's what I think.)

I think Dawn might also be presented as a hummingbird. A hummingbird just seems to fit the characteristics that I think of when I think of dawn.

  11. Sierra...describe your characteristics that fit with Dawn and a hummingbird. It is a lovely idea.

What would the opposite of Dawn look like (anyone)?

The dove questions have caught my attention. I am wondering....

  12. A dove is always right outside my kitchen window when I wake up and go to the kitchn so everytime I hear the word dawn, I think of doves.

I think the opposite of dawn would look like a puppy sleeping because the opposite of daen is like night time and every night my pupppies sleep and curl into a cute little ball.

  13. i agree with Ben because:
    1. dawn is represented as a youg girl because girls are supposed to be pretty
and 2.(it's not true. boys are way more hansome then girls)

  14. Dawn creeps slowly to the place where we live in this large world to wake us from our slumber. Little girls wake their "mommy" because the have a problem. That is how I made the connection. The purple jumper idea just came to me because when I think of purple I think of spring and when spring comes up I tie it with dawn. Another way dawn could be displayed is by a young fawn in a meadow. I got this idea mainly because the two words rhyme. But when I think about it a fawn also fits my decription of dawn.

  15. Ben, on a percentage chart of awesomeness, boys are 49% and girls are 51%. So they outnumber us by 2%, scientifically.(Well, that's what I believe.)
Anyway, dawn is represented by a young girl because what do you think of when people say "Dawn" is just arund the corner. I think of some nice girl just skipping around, making the day brighter, literally.
It could also be represented by a lion because to me the dawn has a 'ROARING" appearance.
